We got our dojo name 'Doryoku' (means Effort) from the book 'My Journey in Karate - The Sabaki Way' by Kancho Joko Ninomiya.

It's to inspire our members to put forth their best effort, whether in karate or in life.

Ps. A shout out to children training at Banyan Condo tonight, have fun but remember to train hard k!!!
